Because of this TMM does not rent, sell or otherwise disclose data to 3rd parties unless for the purposes of servicing the end user or that we are required to by law.

The purpose of asking our shareholder base to register with us is so the company can efficiently communicate with the shareholder base. Pursuant to SEC laws and regulations, all TMM shareholders that register with the company will be notified via email the time and location of the upcoming shareholder meeting.
